What do you need to take your fermenting to the next level?  The all day Comprehensive Fermenting Seminar from The Foundation for Functional Fermented Food, Wellness AK, and The Probiotic Jar is coming back to Alaska on April 30th, and has something for everyone, from the beginner to the more experienced.
